1st edition in this arrangement, 1976. Reprinted 1985 and 1995. Initially published as two separate volumes in 1957. Professionally stenographically recorded by Helene Finckh, the text is based on her initial typed reconstruction. The 1976 edition made corrections to a few select passages after comparing the text to the original stenogram, which expalains the differences with the 1957 version.
