First German Edition published 1927.
Notes about the German versions of this volume:
1st edition 1927. Reprinted 1955, 1960 and 1969. 4th revised edition 1983, reprinted 2004. Professionally stenographically recorded by Helene Finckh, the text is based on her initial typed reconstruction. For the 1983 edition the entire text was compared against the original stenogram, a process that revealed a number of errors in the reconstruction that were then corrected. Portions of the text that remain unclear are indicated in the notes. Additions to the text as of the 1983 edition are indicated with square brackets.
