1st edition 1937. 2nd edition of 1960 adds one lecture. Reprinted 1965. 4th revised edition of 1974. 5th revised edition 1981, reprinted 1991. Professionally stenographically recorded by Helene Finckh, the text is based on her initial typed reconstruction. For the 1974 edition the complete text was compared to the original stenotram, correcting a number of transcription errors and omissions. In advance of the 1981 edition an additional stenogram of one lecture made by a different stenographer became available, allowing a few additional corrections.
