1st edition 1933, reprinted 1947. 3rd edition of 1958 adds one lecture. Reprinted 1964. 5th edition of 1970 drops the added lecture. It is also revised. Reprinted 1975, 1984, and 1994. Professionally stenographically recorded by Helene Finckh, the text is based on her initial typed reconstruction. For the 1970 edition the text was compared to the original stenogram, which yielded a whole series of corrections. The 1984 version made a few additional minor corrections.
