1st edition in this arrangement, 1966. Reprinted 1974, 1980, and 1992. 8 of 9 lectures were previously printed as books in sets of two and three between 1937 and 1946. Lectures presented as edited by Marie Steiner for the earlier releases. All lectures were compared with their stenographic reconstructions, which established that the lecture of 15 November 1917 was expanded considerably beyond the original stenogram.
