    1st edition in this configuration 1968. 2nd revised edition 1976, reprinted 1984. 4th revised edition published 1995. The lectures in this volume have previously been published either as single-lecture booklets (three of them) or in periodicals between 1927 and 1941. The text is based on the official stenogram from Helene Finckh. The earlier editions were based on her initial reconstruction. For later revisions the editors compared the text to the original stenogram.
