Notes about the German versions of this volume:
Initial relase as a a private typescript, 1922. 1st book edition 1925. 2nd expanded edition 1964. Reprinted 1987 and 2000. For this lecture cycle no official stenographer was arranged. The unoffical stenographic notes by various listeners were reconstructed into a typed "official" version. This according to Helene Finckh, which she hand-wrote on the initial typed manuscript from which the books were typeset. Helene would have been the official stenographer had one been arranged.
