1st edition 1931. Reprinted with minor revisions in 1958, and 1974. 4th edition of 1987 adds reproductions of the relevant blackboard drawings. Reprinted with further additions in 1998. Professionally stenographically recorded by Helene Finckh, the text is based on her initial typed reconstruction. The 1958 edition made corrections to a few select passages after comparing the text to the initial reconstruction.
