1st edition in this arrangement, 1962. 2nd revised and corrected edition 1977. Reprinted 1983 and 1994. Previously pubished as two separate volumes in 1934 and 1937. Two lectures were previously printed in a periodical in 1936 and 1937. Professionally stenographically recorded by Helene Finckh, the text is based on her initial reconstruction. The 2nd edition changed mainly the illustrations, which were redone with reference to the respective blackboard drawings.
